Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all users who purchase or access online training courses (“Courses”) offered by Construction Job Training Services Ltd through our website at https://cjts.co.uk/. By booking or accessing a Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not book or access any of our Courses.

2. About Us
Construction Job Training Services Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

3. Use of Our Website
Your use of our website is governed not only by these Terms but also by our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse any of the website content, systems, or services, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing content unlawfully, or sharing any proprietary material without our written permission.

4. Courses & Content
All Courses are delivered in a digital format online. Any images, illustrations, or examples provided on the website or within the Courses are for guidance and illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the Course content. The structure, layout, questions, or content of any Course may be updated or changed at our discretion. Display colours and layouts may vary depending on your device. All Course materials are protected by copyright law, and you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent from Construction Job Training Services Ltd.

5. Support
Customer support is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (UK time), excluding UK bank holidays. Outside of these hours, voicemail or email support may be available, and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

6. How the Contract Is Formed
Submitting an order on our website does not constitute acceptance of your booking. A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a Confirmation Email that includes the course access details. If we are unable to provide the Course for any reason, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

7. Prices & VAT
All prices are displayed on the website at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable. Prices may be subject to change, but any changes will not affect Courses that have already been confirmed. In the rare case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel your order, with a full refund if payment has already been made.

8. Payment
We accept payment via major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. In certain cases, invoices may be issued for bank transfer or cheque payments upon prior agreement. Full payment is typically required in advance, and Course access or certificates will not be issued until payment has been received. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

9. Delivery of Courses
Courses are delivered electronically. Delivery is considered complete once login credentials are sent to the email address provided during booking. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages or technical issues.

10. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality Courses, our liability is limited. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. However, we are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, business, or data. In all cases, our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant Course.

11. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure to perform, delay, or interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including network or system failures, natural disasters, industrial action, or outages affecting cyber or cloud services. If such an event prevents delivery of a Course for more than 30 days, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
