1. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the Course confirmation email.
To cancel, you must:

2. Refund Conditions
You will be entitled to a refund if:
You cancel within 14 days
You have not fully completed or significantly accessed the Course
Any certificates issued are returned (if applicable)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The Course has been completed
A certificate has been issued and used
Access has been extensively used
The cancellation request is made after 14 days
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
Refunds will be made using the original payment method
5. Business Customers
Cancellation rights under consumer law do not apply to business customers unless agreed in writing.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including rights related to digital content quality and fitness for purpose.
