To obtain a CSCS Card, you must pass the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test. The test lasts approximately 45 minutes and consists of 50 multiple-choice questions designed to assess your knowledge of health, safety, and environmental awareness on construction sites.

Yes, you can reschedule your CITB test free of charge, provided the request is made at least 4 working days before your scheduled test date and time. Rescheduling is not permitted within 4 working days of the test date.

If you cancel your test within 4 working days of the test date, no refund can be given. If you cancel more than 4 working days before your test date, a refund may be issued minus a £20 administration fee.
If your test date has not yet been booked, you will receive a full refund.
If you fail the CITB test, you can book another test 3 days after your initial attempt. We strongly recommend using revision materials before retaking the test.
The official CITB test fee is £22.50. Our total charge is £43, which includes the exam fee, booking fee, VAT, and support services such as free rescheduling and email support.
The CSCS Green Card is an entry-level card that allows access to construction sites in the UK. To obtain the card, you must pass the CITB Operatives Test, complete the Green Card course, and submit a CSCS application.
You must bring one valid form of primary ID showing your full name, photograph, and signature. If primary ID is unavailable, two approved forms of secondary ID may be accepted. All ID must be original, in date, and match the booking name.
Failure to bring valid ID will result in refusal to sit the test.
The official CSCS card fee is £36. Our total service cost is £65 including VAT, which includes application support, eligibility checks, and customer assistance.
If your application is less than 30 days old and processing has begun, a refund may be issued minus a £20 administration fee. No refund is available once the application has been submitted or completed after 30 days.
If processing has not started, you are eligible for a full refund.
Health, Safety and Awareness online courses are non-refundable once login access has been requested. If you have not logged in and wish to cancel, contact us immediately. A £50 reallocation fee may apply.
Yes, voiceover support can be added to your CITB test. You must contact us at least 4 working days before your test date to request this adjustment.
